I wanted play in week he wanted play at weekend but i couldnt. I was off from friday to monday. now im back and he got wo.
I cant get even on #duelmania to talk somebody becouse ebsn banned me 5days ago there for fun without any reason actualy.

I think it was wednesday or thursday where i said in a query to you that you should message me per e-mail if you can't play at saturday oder sunday. I was not at home the whole week. Ok, i couldn't wait for an answer of you but i thought that u will read my message before leaving irc. Yesterday i was in irc from 13 to 22 o'clock and i thought of meeting you there in this timeline. But you didn't apear. So i talked to eb because he is german and it was easier for me to explain him the situation. After my explanation he talked to the other admins first. And i DID NOT insist on a walk over. I told them to decide this game for theirselfs. But i think if you had known that you are away on weekend you coukd have written me an email and explain that. And on the other hand i had to try to contact you earlier. I think we both have made mistakes and it was a difficult situation for the admins to decide. So be cool and don't blame dopeskillz for anything.

so we just didnt get time to play in this week. we missed on irc. for now everything is ok. but still dont know why u got wo? i tryed contact u to before, even someone on qw.ger said thay u are at sta.qw but u wsnt there.
anyway backing to this case why u got wo?
can i contact my polish admind to get wo for me?
or maybe some dm admin will unban me on irc to let me talk on #duelmania about my rights?

The question is, have you read my query on irc? If you did so you would not have the right to argue about this here. I was offline since Monday and i was not at home up to saturday so i managed to use the internet of another pc to go to irc to contact you. I wrote you that message and thought that you will read it before leaving. And if you had known that you are not at home on saturday or sunday you could have written me an email without my attempt to contact you. You didn't do that. So let me ask you again, did you read my message? If you did so you had the oppertunity to contact me and if you had told me there that are not able to play on the weekend i would have given you the walk over without an argue because you were online more time the week than me. But there was no reaction and i think it was really difficult for the admins to decide.

Well, both of you should skip the discussion and see it from an admin's point of view:
The deadline of the round was there and we had a notice from enasnI that he is online and also trying to schedule. From Avenger we had no single message. And he also wasn't online when we tried to reach the players (like we always do at the end of a round) => the decision is clear
Just follow the rules, and you won't face problems like that in the future. Here is an extract of the rules:
"All matches will have a deadline. If players can't organize themselves to get games played and reported by the end of the deadline, WO will be given to the player that proved admins that he really tried to make the game happen. Please report your activity to an admin before the deadline is over.
If either player pays no interest at all to get the game played, both players loses, meaning both are out of the tournament."

its not really convincing to cling to the rules here, whereas 5 other games were extended without a WO being entered for either player.
in one case (chopper vs kippo) the game was even played after a WO had been given to kippo, why shouldn't avenger and enasnI just get together tonight and play the game if there is so much controversy on the subject.
it really does affect the credibility of the whole admin team if exceptions can be made in individual cases, but not if one of the admins faces certain annihilation in the next round, should they let the better player move on.

If you read my statement you would see that i didn't insist on a walk over. I explained my point of view to the admins and DID NOT insist on a walk over. So where is the bad manner?

KalEl, we grant one more day to players, if they are both active, but are hindered from playing their game by some reason.
And one more thing, KalEl and avenger: your accusations towards racersnigeln are not justified. racersnigeln was the admin taking care of ALL winners bracket WOs, while I was taking care of the losers bracket...
It's called division of labor. Btw none of the players made an effort to convince the admins to get that game played. (i.e. a schedule for monday)
If we get hold of players or they get hold of us before the deadline and they really want that game to be played, then we won't hinder them... As long as this isn't happening, that WO stays put.
Regarding the WO for kippo changed to a proper played match: vert thought since the outcome didn't change and they played anyway, he changed the report... We told him our opinion towards that (among other things) and the result is that he left...

After a lot of whining an indecisive admin team we played this game and it was no surprise that i lost both maps after all the stress i had to today to realize that game. (fetching my computer from a friend etc etc)
But 2 funny days and with some more warm up i maybe would have won dm6 and lost the map after it. :>
